Does TokToolbox store my downloaded videos?
No. Videos are fetched on demand and streamed straight to your device. We don't keep copies or a history of what you've downloaded.
Do I need to install an app?
No. TokToolbox runs entirely in your browser on desktop, Android, and iOS. Just paste a link.
Is TokToolbox free?
Yes, downloading is free with no limits. The service is supported by lightweight ads.
Can I download TikTok photo slideshows?
Yes. Paste the link to a TikTok photo post the same way you would a video, and TokToolbox will pull each image.
Why did my download fail?
Usually one of: the video is private, it's region-locked, or TikTok updated their page format faster than we did. Try again shortly — if it keeps failing, let us know via the contact page.
Is the "Download MP3" file really an MP3?
It's TikTok's own separate audio file for that video's sound — usually the original song or sound clip, not a re-encoded copy of the video's mixed audio.
Why did my download link stop working after a while?
TikTok signs its file URLs with a short-lived security token, so links can expire after some time. Just re-paste the same TikTok link to get a fresh set of download links.
Can I download private or friends-only videos?
No. TokToolbox can only fetch videos from public TikTok accounts — the same content anyone could already view without logging in.
